Enabled Robotics MC600

The mobile Cobot MC600 helps companies efficiently automate internal logistics processes. By combining a powerful mobile platform (compatible with MiR600) and state-of-the-art robot technology, the system enables seamless integration into existing manufacturing environments.

The integrated software for developing intelligent applications allows the MC600 to be used for a wide range of tasks—from 24/7 machine operation to autonomous material transport—in order to reduce the burden on employees caused by repetitive tasks.

Continuous machine operation
Implement a loop sequence in 24/7 operation to significantly reduce downtime.
Precision through ER-VISION
Fast and reliable calibration with up to 1 mm accuracy using markers or optional 3D object recognition.
Maximum security
Integrated 360° laser scanners detect objects from a distance and ensure safe operation in dynamic environments.

Description

The MC600 is much more than just a transport robot; it is a means of combating the shortage of skilled workers and reducing automation costs for companies of all sizes. The solution enables quick and easy switching between different functions, dramatically increasing flexibility in production.

The ER-VISION system offers various levels of perception: from standard calibration on markers to AI-supported algorithms for 3D object recognition and pose estimation. This allows the robot to precisely detect and handle objects even without physical markers on tables or shelves. Thanks to its connection via REST or OPC-UA, the system also communicates seamlessly with external IT structures.
