The MiR600 sets new standards for robustness and reliability in industrial manufacturing. It transports loads of up to 600 kg safely and efficiently. As one of the first AMRs on the market with IP52 protection, it is resistant to dust and water droplets, making it perfect for harsh production environments where other robots reach their limits. It replaces forklifts for pallet transport and ensures greater safety and efficiency on the shop floor.

With its IP52 certification, the MiR600 is protected against dust and dripping water. This makes it the ideal choice for production halls, storage areas, and shipping zones, where conditions can sometimes be a little rough.
Efficient pallet transport
The MiR600 is optimized for transporting Euro pallets and heavy loads. In combination with the MiR Pallet Lift, it picks up pallets fully automatically, transports them, and sets them down precisely—all without manual intervention.
Maximum security without fences
Equipped with the latest sensor technology and intelligent software, the MiR600 navigates safely between people and machines. It meets the highest safety standards (ISO 3691-4) and eliminates the need for physical safety fences.
Safety without protective fences
The MiR600 uses state-of-the-art safety technology to move safely between people and forklifts. Equipped with two SICK microScan3 safety laser scanners and two 3D cameras, it has 360° all-round visibility and detects obstacles well in advance. It complies with the most stringent safety standard ISO 3691-4 and dynamically adapts its route to changes in the environment, enabling safe mixed traffic without physical barriers.
Easy to program
The MiR600 can be controlled without any programming knowledge via the intuitive, web-based user interface. Missions and routes can be created using drag-and-drop on a smartphone, tablet, or PC.
Highly flexible in use
Thanks to its IP52 protection rating and robust design, the MiR600 can be used in environments that are off-limits to other AMRs—even in areas where dust and water droplets are present. The open interface also allows for quick replacement of top modules.
Very quick to set up
The robot automatically creates a map of the environment when it first drives over the area. Alternatively, CAD building plans can be imported. In combination with MiR Fleet, an entire fleet can be up and running in no time.
