The compact AMR for confined spaces
The MiR250 sets new standards in internal logistics. With its small footprint of only 580 x 800 mm and a height of only 30 cm, it can drive under trolleys, lift shelves, or transport add-on modules. Despite its compact design, it moves loads of up to 250 kg at a speed of 2 meters per second. Thanks to its agility, it navigates effortlessly through narrow passages only 80 cm wide and passes through doors and elevators that would be obstacles for other mobile robots.
Maximum agility in the smallest of spaces
Thanks to its extremely compact dimensions, the MiR250 navigates safely through the narrowest aisles and door frames from 80 cm wide. This enables efficient material flows even in existing buildings with limited space, without having to change the layout of the factory.
Persistent and fast-charging
The MiR250 is designed for maximum uptime. The battery can be recharged in just 10 minutes for approximately 2.5 hours of additional runtime. In addition, the battery can be manually replaced in a matter of seconds to ensure true 24/7 operation.

Designed for harsh industrial environments: The robust metal housing and durable components ensure that the MiR250 operates reliably even in demanding environments. Maintenance is extremely easy thanks to easily accessible internal components.
Safe navigation
The MiR250 is equipped with state-of-the-art sensor technology, including two SICK nanoScan3 laser scanners for 360° all-round vision and two 3D cameras for obstacle detection. It complies with the latest safety standards (ISO 3691-4, ISO 13849-1) and reliably stops when it encounters obstacles or dynamically adjusts its path. This ensures safe interaction between humans and robots at all times – without the need for protective fences.
Easy to set up
Commissioning is quick and easy via an intuitive web interface that requires no programming knowledge. Building plans can be imported easily.
Highly flexible in use
Thanks to the open platform, modules such as shelf lifts, conveyor belts, or robotic arms can be easily mounted on the MiR250.
Scalable fleet management
MiR Fleet allows you to control multiple robots centrally. The system coordinates traffic and assigns tasks to the robot with the best battery level.
