MiR Shelf Carrier 250

The MiR Shelf Carrier 250 is a specialized top module for the MiR250 that functions as a docking device. It enables the robot to autonomously pick up shelves, carts, and other attachments, securely lock them in place, and transport them to their destinations. With a payload capacity of up to 300 kg, this module optimizes the utilization of the MiR250 fleet by enabling flexible switching between different transport units without manual assistance.

Universal use
The module can be used to transport racks, crates, shelves, or carts, making it suitable for a wide range of logistics applications.
300 kg payload
The Shelf Carrier reliably moves loads weighing up to 300 kg (including the cart's weight) on slopes of less than 1%
150,000 cycles
The robust design is built for intensive, continuous use and guarantees a minimum of 150,000 lifting cycles at maximum load capacity.

Description

When used with the MiR Shelf Carrier 250, the MiR250 becomes a highly flexible transport solution. Instead of using fixed attachments, a single robot can handle a variety of carts or shelves. The module lifts the load by 27 mm to ensure secure locking during travel. With a compact installation height of just 77 mm, the entire system remains stable and agile.

This integration frees skilled workers from repetitive transport tasks. Thanks to its precise navigation, the system moves safely through corridors with a width of 1,400 mm or more. The combination of high efficiency and low power consumption—just 35 W—makes the Shelf Carrier an essential component of modern, automated intralogistics.
