North Dock Target
The Nord Dock Target serves as a smart docking point for the Nord Pallet Mover and enables fully automated material transfer between the AMR and existing conveyor systems. A wireless handshake between the Target and the robot ensures precise alignment, guaranteeing completely safe loading and unloading of pallets. As a link to the stationary infrastructure, it is height-adjustable and can thus be flexibly adapted to various conveyor lines.
Description
The Nord Dock Target is an essential component for all pallet transport applications that require an interface with stationary conveyor systems. It is mounted directly on the floor beneath the loading station, and its compact design ensures it takes up minimal space in the production hall.
Installation is extremely quick thanks to the simple setup and plug-and-play approach . The module is “MiR Go”-validated and has been extensively tested for compatibility with the MiR500 through MiR1350 models. Whether transporting finished pallets out of production or feeding materials from the warehouse—the Nord Dock Target ensures a stable and efficient flow of goods around the clock .
