MiR Shelf Lift

The MiR Shelf Lift is a high-performance top module specifically designed for the autonomous picking up and setting down of carts, shelves, and other lifting applications. It is designed for use with the MiR600 and MiR1350 heavy-duty robots and enables the efficient transport of loads weighing up to 1,000 kg. This solution offers maximum flexibility, as a single robot can handle various transport units without manual intervention, significantly optimizing material flow in production and logistics.

Flexible vehicle handling
A single robot can autonomously handle a wide variety of carts and shelves, eliminating the need for rigid pallet racking.
1,000 kg load capacity
The module is designed to transport extremely heavy loads and moves up to 1,000 kg reliably and safely through dynamic environments.
Easy integration
Thanks to the MiR AMR’s autonomous navigation, no structural modifications such as rails or magnetic strips are required—the layout of your facility remains unchanged.

Description

The MiR Shelf Lift takes heavy-duty transport to a new level of automation. This module enables the MiR600 and MiR1350 robots to drive under carts on their own, securely lock onto them, and transport them to their destination. With a low profile of just 94 mm when lowered and a lifting height of 60 mm, it can easily slide under and lift a wide variety of cart designs.

The system’s design ensures maximum reliability in everyday industrial use: the lifting mechanism has been tested for at least 50,000 cycles under maximum payload. The system safely navigates around people and obstacles, ensuring smooth operation in dynamic environments. By eliminating manual transport tasks, employees are relieved of this burden and can be assigned to more value-added activities. The robust aluminum construction also ensures a long service life of up to 20,000 operating hours.
