MiR600 EU Pallet Lift

The MiR600 EU Pallet Lift is a specialized lifting module for the MiR600 AMR, designed for the autonomous handling and transport of standard EUR pallets. With a lifting capacity of up to 500 kg, this system enables highly efficient pallet logistics without requiring any modifications to the existing facility layout. The robot navigates completely safely and autonomously, significantly accelerating material flow in dynamic production and warehouse environments.

Autonomous handling
The lift enables the independent loading and unloading of EUR pallets, thereby reducing the need for manual forklift trips and optimizing work processes.
500 kg lifting capacity
Despite its compact design, the module lifts and transports loads of up to 500 kg stably and safely through your facility.
Durability
The robust mechanism is designed for at least 90,000 cycles, ensuring reliable performance even under intensive continuous use

Description

When used with the MiR600 EU Pallet Lift, the MiR600 becomes a powerful tool for intralogistics. The system is precisely tailored to the dimensions of standard EUR pallets (1200 x 800 mm). For transport, the pallet is raised by 60 mm, resulting in a total height of 150 mm in the raised position and ensuring sufficient ground clearance.

A key advantage is its technological flexibility: the solution requires no wires, magnets, or QR codes for navigation. With a maximum speed of 2.0 m/s and an active operating time of up to 10.5 hours per charge, the Pallet Lift is ideally suited for multi-shift operations. The module operates at a lifting speed of 10 mm/s and integrates seamlessly into automated material flows to sustainably increase internal efficiency
