Nord Lift Platform
The Nord Lift Platform is a robust, heavy-duty lifting module specifically designed for automating internal pallet logistics with MiR600 to MiR1350 industrial robots. It enables the autonomous picking up and setting down of pallets in pallet racks, handling payloads of up to 1,238 kg. Description
The Nord Lift Platform is a "MiR Go"-validated solution for demanding logistics tasks. Thanks to its precise mechanical interface, the robot securely docks with stationary racks to autonomously pick up or unload goods. Integrated overload protection and intelligent error code transmission to the robot ensure a smooth and transparent workflow.
The unit is mounted directly on the AMR platform and offers a generous transport area measuring 1202 x 815 mm. For specific requirements, the system can be expanded with numerous add-ons: from barcode scanners for load tracking to integrated weight calculators and safety lighting such as the Blue Light Kit. This makes the Nord Lift Platform the ideal choice for companies looking to automate heavy material flows without human intervention.
