Nord Pallet Mover 800
The Nord Pallet Mover 800 is a fully automatic top-of-the-line module with integrated roller conveyor technology designed for the autonomous transport of pallets. The module enables the independent pickup and delivery of EU and half-pallets, particularly when integrated with existing conveyor lines. Using a docking target, the Pallet Mover precisely docks with conveyor systems and communicates wirelessly with external roller conveyors.
Description
The Nord Pallet Mover 800 enhances autonomous mobile robots with an integrated roller conveyor solution for automated pallet transport. The module enables the transfer of pallets between AMRs and stationary conveyor systems, such as at production lines or packaging stations.
Thanks to integrated communication with external roller conveyors and the precise docking solution, pallets can be picked up and delivered safely. The design is compatible with the footprint of compatible AMRs and allows docking from both sides, which supports flexible layout design.
The Pallet Mover 800 is designed for continuous industrial operation and offers additional safety features such as protective railings all around, braked rollers, and extensive feedback to the robot for stable and safe operation.
