Robo-Gear protective cover
The Robo-Gear protective cover reliably protects Universal Robots from paint, liquid splashes, dust, and dirt. The durable cover covers the entire robot arm from axis 1 to axis 6 without restricting the cobot's freedom of movement or precision. It is available in various sizes and is therefore optimally matched to UR CB and e-Series models.
Description
The protective cover is particularly suitable for applications in which the robot regularly comes into contact with paint, liquids, or high levels of dust—such as during painting, grinding, in CNC environments, or during cleaning processes. The robust, flexible material reliably protects critical components and extends the service life of the robot.
Thanks to its slip-over design, the cover can be quickly installed, easily cleaned, and replaced at any time without interrupting operation for long periods.
