FlexiBowl® is a flexible parts feeding system for automated production lines, developed and produced by ARS S.r.l. With FlexiBowl® you achieve an optimal management of parts feeding to have the maximum number of parts available for each production cycle. This improves the overall speed of your processes, increases productivity and reduces set-up times.
How does FlexiBowl® work? Parts are collected from one or more feed hoppers and arranged on the disc in an optimal position. Through the combination of a special pulse generator and precise rotary movements, the parts are quickly stabilized so that they can be efficiently picked up and deposited by the robot.
