ROEQ TML200
The ROEQ TML200 is a versatile top module with integrated lifting function for use on autonomous mobile robots. The module enables the pickup, transport, and placement of pallets, crates, racks, and shelf carts. Thanks to its flexible design, the TML200 is particularly suitable for applications in which different load carriers need to be moved within an automated material flow.
Description
The ROEQ TML200 expands the MiR250 with a compact and flexible lifting platform. As a lifter, the module can pick up pallets or boxes from a pallet rack, transport them, and set them down again. Depending on the layout, the rack can be positioned against a wall or used freestanding, allowing the robot to deliver the load and continue on its way.
In addition, the TML200 allows shelf carts to be picked up freely without the need for a fixed docking station. Once set down, the cart can be removed manually, making it particularly flexible to use. Thanks to its modular design and optional extensions such as forks or IO kits, the TML200 can be adapted to different applications.
Integration is achieved via the ROEQ Assist software, which is fully compatible with the MiR software and supports quick commissioning and easy creation of multiple transport missions.
