The latest dispensing system in the FD range from AIM Robotics is the AIM FD 310, a UR+ product for the Universal Robot CB3. Developed for silicones, acrylics, adhesives, polymers and other common liquids.
As the name suggests, the AIM FD 310 is optimally designed for classic 310 ml cartridges. The AIM FD 310 has been tested with Dowsil 7091 for its repeatability and impresses with a value of only +/- 1% deviation.
The FD series dosing systems utilize the screw pump principle to precisely dispense medium to high viscosity fluids with high reproducibility. AIM Robotics offers three different screw designs to ensure maximum efficiency in almost all applications.
