With the AIM FD 400, AIM Robotics launched its first dispensing system on the market. The products from AIM Robotics are developed for collaborative robots from Universal Robots and enjoy UR+ status.
The AIM FD 400 ensures the precise dosing of medium viscosity liquids such as greases and silicones and can be integrated into a wide range of production systems. The dosing system is designed for use with 400ml/gr cartridges. If required, the AIM FD 400 can also be converted to 310gr/ml for easy-flowing liquids (acrylics, silicones).
The FD 400 is fully integrated into the robot with specially developed software and only needs to be connected via the M8 8-pin connector. Thanks to AirLess Technology™, the dispensing system does not require compressed air, which greatly simplifies installation and programming. It also increases process control by reducing the variance caused by pressure fluctuations when using air.
