OnRobot Quick Changer
The OnRobot Quick Changer enables fast, secure tool changes directly on the robot flange. Tools can be exchanged in seconds without screws, minimizing changeover times and flexibly supporting different tasks in the same cell. Thanks to its low weight, high repeatability, and compatibility with the ISO 9409-1 standard, the Quick Changer can be easily integrated into existing robot systems.
Description
The Quick Changer is particularly suitable for systems in which different tools are required at short intervals, such as when handling varying components or in combined processes. The mechanical locking mechanism ensures a reproducible connection between the robot and the tool, while the robust design works reliably even at high cycle rates. Thanks to its modular design, existing OnRobot tools can continue to be used without modification, which further simplifies integration.
