Description
The Robotiq machine tending solution combines gripper technology, sensors, pneumatics, and intelligent software into a complete automation unit. At its heart is the Machine Tending Copilot software, which guides you through the setup step by step and significantly reduces the programming effort.
The integrated hardware includes single orgripper, robust interfaces for machine status monitoring, and an external control setup that allows even older CNC machines without modern interfaces to be connected securely.
Optimized motion planning, automatic collision avoidance, and a stable workpiece flow ensure reliable operation—even with higher quantities or unmanned shifts. This makes the machine loading solution particularly suitable for companies seeking flexible capacity expansion or a sustainable reduction in repetitive manual processes.
