AIM FD 310 dosing solution

The AIM Robotics FD310 is an electric dispensing system for 310 ml cartridges and has been specially developed for viscous adhesives, sealants, and assembly materials. Thanks to AirLess technology, the dispenser operates completely without compressed air, enabling stable, reproducible material delivery. Direct integration via the M8-8-pin connection and intuitive AIM URCap software make the FD310 ideal for use with Universal Robots in automated dispensing and application processes.

Description

The FD310 operates with a precise electric feed system that acts directly on the cartridge piston. This prevents pressure loss, reaction delays, and fluctuations that are typical of pneumatic dosing systems. The URCap software offers functions such as automatic flow control, speed adjustment depending on robot movement, process monitoring, and integrated cleaning routines.

The industrial design with IP65 protection class and a robust 6061 aluminum housing ensures high reliability in daily production processes. Thanks to its modular design and interchangeable dosing screws, the system can be flexibly adapted to different materials and applications.
