AIM FD HIGH-V
The AIM FD High-V is a modern, airless dosing system for large-volume liquid applications in collaborative robot cells. Designed for mounting on a Universal Robots cobot using only an M8-8-pin connector, it combines easy-to-use URCap software with high dosing accuracy—ideal for applications with adhesive, sealant, or grease-based media.
Description
The AIM FD High-V enables precise, uniform dosing of large volumes of liquid thanks to AirLess technology that does not rely on compressed air. The system is UR-certified and can be fully integrated into the robot control system. It is suitable for demanding applications such as lubrication, sealing beads, adhesive application, or potting—even with high viscosities or challenging workpiece surfaces. Thanks to modular screw units, automated cleaning cycles, and intelligent control, the High-V is a durable and efficient solution for industrial use.
