M2Smart HMI10 Radio
The M2Smart® HMI10 Radio is a wireless mobile HMI device for operating machines, systems, and robots. The 10.1-inch touchscreen combines mobility with functional safety in accordance with DIN EN ISO 13849 and enables flexible operation directly at the point of use. Thanks to its replaceable battery, Android™ Industrial+ operating system, and rugged design, the system is suitable for demanding industrial environments.
Description
The M2Smart® HMI10 Radio was developed for the mobile operation of machines, plants, and robotic systems. The device combines an industrial-grade 10.1-inch display with a wireless safety architecture, thereby providing greater flexibility during commissioning, maintenance, and production.
Operating and visualization data are transmitted via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Safety-related signals are processed separately using a secure communication protocol. The control unit and gateway are conveniently paired via NFC.
Thanks to Android™ Industrial+, regular security updates directly from the manufacturer, and a modular architecture, the system can be adapted to meet a variety of requirements in robotics and automation. Optional add-ons such as cameras, additional modules, or custom control elements are available.
