The Weiss Robotics INTRAPAL 1200-280 is a high-performance, servo-electric gripping solution designed specifically for automated palletizing and intralogistics. With an enormous gripping force of up to 1200 N, a generous stroke of 280 mm, and a maximum payload of up to 60 kg, it effortlessly handles a wide variety of formats and load carriers in production, warehousing, or order picking. Thanks to proven GRIPLINK technology and certified plug-ins, this robust large gripper can be seamlessly integrated into modern cobot and industrial robot applications. It ensures highly efficient material flow while maintaining a compact design.
Description
The Weiss Robotics INTRAPAL 1200-280 takes automation in intralogistics to the next level. Its single-sided parallel drive system combines massive force output ranging from 150 to 1200 N with precise grip force control, ensuring that heavy boxes are transported just as safely as more delicate packages. The ability to flexibly pre-position the gripper fingers during the process minimizes cycle times during format changes.
The system also offers flexibility in terms of communication: Equipped with an Ethernet TCP/IP interface as standard, the gripper can also be controlled via Modbus RTU gripper . Thanks to certified software plug-ins for leading robot manufacturers, commissioning and programming are quick and easy on both traditional industrial robots and collaborative systems (cobots).
Whether handling Euro crates, beverage crates, or cardboard boxes, the INTRAPAL 1200-280 is designed for long-term, heavy-duty use in modern logistics and packaging processes.
