OnRobot MG10 magnetic gripper
The OnRobot MG10 is an electric magnetic gripper specially designed for demanding automation and handling tasks such as destacking metal sheets or feeding presses and bending machines. Thanks to freely configurable magnetic force, integrated part recognition, and complete independence from compressed air or additional cabling, it offers a reliable solution for large-area, flat, or perforated workpieces. Even in the event of a power failure or emergency stop, the MG10 ensures gripping—an important prerequisite for collaborative applications in production and manufacturing.
Description
The OnRobot MG10 is particularly impressive where conventional gripping technologies reach their limits: for example, with perforated sheets, irregular workpiece shapes, or abrasive surfaces. By eliminating vacuum or compressed air systems, operating costs are reduced, maintenance requirements are lower, and the technical design is more streamlined. Intuitive integration via the OnRobot system enables rapid integration into collaborative robot cells – including quick changers and standardized interfaces. With its modular configuration and the ability to hold the workpiece securely even in the event of an emergency stop or power failure, the MG10 is a solution that is both flexible and robust, making it ideal for modern manufacturing processes.
