OnRobot 2FG14
The OnRobot 2FG14 is a robust electric 2-finger parallel gripper designed for high payloads of up to 14 kg and demanding industrial environments. With a generous stroke of 140 mm and a precisely adjustable gripping force of up to 450 N, it covers a wide range of workpiece sizes and weights. Thanks to its IP67 certification, it is the ideal partner for CNC machine loading, as it is reliably protected against dust, chips, and coolant.
Description
The OnRobot 2FG14 bridges the gap between compact cobot grippers and heavy-duty industrial applications. Since it is powered entirely by electricity, there is no need for an expensive and high-maintenance compressed air infrastructure. This makes the automation solution not only more cost-effective, but also quicker to deploy and more mobile for changing tasks on the factory floor.
Thanks to precise control of force and stroke, even delicate components can be handled safely without damaging their surfaces. At the same time, the gripper provides gripper power for a secure, form-fitting grip on heavy loads. The 2FG14 also supports quick replacement of gripper fingers, allowing it to be adapted to new production requirements within minutes.
When combined with the intuitive OnRobot software, programming and integration into Universal Robots systems and other popular cobot brands is straightforward.
