OnRobot 3FG25
The OnRobot 3FG25 is a powerful electricgripper designed specifically for handling heavy, round, or irregularly shaped workpieces. With an impressive payload of up to 25 kg and a large stroke of 64 mm, it offers the necessary strength and flexibility for demanding applications such as machine tending or palletizing. Thanks to the precise centering provided by the 3-finger design, cylindrical objects can be gripped safely and with repeatable accuracy.
Description
The OnRobot 3FG25 combines the strength of a pneumatic gripper with the flexibility and intelligence of an all-electric solution. With a gripping force of up to 450 N, it is a true powerhouse that can still be controlled with enough precision to prevent damage to the workpiece. It supports both external and internal gripping, making it suitable for a wide variety of components such as pipes, flanges, or gears.
Unlike conventional solutions, the 3FG25 does not require an external compressed air supply. This not only reduces installation effort and maintenance costs, but also makes the entire robot cell more mobile and energy-efficient. Integration is seamless thanks to OnRobot’s “One System Solution” concept, making the gripper compatible gripper almost all major cobot brands.
