The OnRobot VGP30 is the world’s most powerful electric vacuum gripper and was specifically designed for heavy-duty palletizing tasks. With an impressive payload of up to 30 kg, it requires no external compressed air supply, which reduces operating costs and significantly simplifies installation. Its four independently controllable vacuum channels allow for tremendous flexibility when handling a wide variety of box sizes or in complex multi-pick applications.

Description

The VGP30 is the powerhouse of electric vacuum grippers and bridges the gap to large pneumatic systems. Since the vacuum generation is gripper directly into gripper , there are no cumbersome air hoses on the robot arm, which minimizes the risk of snagging and makes optimal use of the cobot’s reach.

The VGP30 really shines when handling thin or porous cardboard as well as heavy bags. Its intelligent software enables precise, real-time monitoring of the vacuum flow to ensure a secure grip at all times. Thanks to the ability to individually configure the gripper arms and suction cups, the system can be adapted to completely new workpieces in just a few minutes.
