The Robotiq PowerPick vacuum gripper series is the high-performance solution for demanding palletizing tasks and heavy loads of up to 30 kg. The series was specifically designed to maximize the lifting capacity and productivity of cobot systems and is optimized for the PE20, AX20, and AX30 palletizing solutions. Thanks to seamless plug-and-play integration and intuitive URCap software, the gripper can be gripper deployed for palletizing, packaging, or assembly tasks without requiring in-depth programming knowledge.
Description
The Robotiq PowerPick series offers a scalable solution for companies looking to future-proof their end-of-line processes through automation. The range extends from the ultra-lightweight SingleCup for precise handling to the high-performance PowerPick Multi, which can handle even complex stacking patterns with an array of up to 24 suction cups. A key feature of the 10, 20, and 30 models is the external vacuum generator, which is mounted on the robot base. This reduces the weight on the robot arm and enables higher speeds and better utilization of the robot’s payload.
Vacuum generation is based on industrial-grade Venturi components that require minimal maintenance and minimize downtime. Features such as integrated gripper detection (GripCheck), a controlled blow-off function for precise placement, and dual-channel vacuum control ensure maximum process reliability. Whether dealing with porous cardboard or smooth surfaces, thegripper be precisely adapted to the requirements of the workpieces through numerous configurations.
