Robotiq wrist camera
The Robotiq wrist camera is a compact vision system for Universal Robots. It enables fast part recognition, automatic positioning, and flexible pick-and-place processes directly on the tool flange. Thanks to URCap integration, autofocus, and integrated lighting, it is ideal for applications with frequently changing workpieces.
Description
The Robotiq wrist camera adds a powerful, integrated image processing system to UR cobots. The camera, lighting, and interfaces are combined in a compact module that connects directly to the tool flange mount without additional hardware. With URCap, components can be taught in a matter of minutes—a great help for pick-and-place, sorting, or machine loading tasks.
The autofocus automatically adjusts to different surfaces and distances, ensuring consistent results. The low additional load means that the cobot's mobility is fully retained. The camera significantly simplifies processes and ensures process reliability, particularly in flexible production environments and when products change frequently.
