OnRobot 3FG15

The OnRobot 3FG15 is an electric 3-finger centric gripper designed for precise handling of round, cylindrical, or irregular components. With a payload of up to 15 kg and a gripping range of 20–150 mm, it is ideal for CNC assembly, assembly tasks, or handling heavier components. Direct integration via URCap simplifies setup and enables precise adjustment of gripping force and position.

20–150 mm gripping range
Ideal for round, cylindrical, or rotationally symmetrical workpieces.
Up to 15 kg payload
For heavy components in manufacturing and machine feeding.
UR-compatible
URCap for quick setup and precise gripping force control.

Description

The OnRobot 3FG15 was developed for applications requiring a stable, centered grip and high load capacity. With its three synchronously operating fingers, the gripper is gripper well suited for gripping pipes, shafts, bushings, clamping nuts, cans, valve housings, or other round parts.

Thanks to the electric control system, the gripping force and speed can be finely adjusted—an advantage when handling sensitive components or those that require precise positioning. The centric force distribution gives the gripper high gripper stability, even with heavy workpieces.

Integration with Universal Robots is done via URCap, making setup quick and intuitive. The 3FG15 also offers a large clamping range, allowing many component geometries to be covered without additional gripper changes. Typical applications include CNC machine loading, quality inspection, assembly lines, and pick-and-place processes with higher weights.
