OnRobot RG6
The OnRobot RG6 is an electrically powered parallel gripper for collaborative robots. With a payload of up to 6 kg, a gripping stroke of 160 mm, and direct UR integration, it is suitable for a wide range of pick-and-place, assembly, and machine tending tasks. Gripping force and position can be finely adjusted, allowing both sensitive and more robust workpieces to be handled safely.
Description
The OnRobot RG6 is designed for applications where flexibility and quick changeovers are crucial. The electric drive allows the gripping force, speed, and position to be set directly in the UR-Teach Pendant, which makes it easier to handle varying workpieces.
With its 160 mm gripping stroke, the RG6 covers a wide range of sizes and is therefore particularly suitable for production environments with changing products. Its compact design and integrated safety features enable it to be used in collaborative work areas without the need for additional protection.
Thanks to URCap, the gripper is ready for operation gripper no time. The RG6 can be used both as a standalone tool and in combination with other OnRobot solutions, and is frequently used for pick & place, machine tending, assembly, and inspection tasks.
