Robotiq 2F-140
The Robotiq 2F-140 is an electric parallel gripper for collaborative robots, designed for a wide gripping range and versatile handling tasks. With a stroke of 140 mm, adjustable gripping force, and form-fitting gripping behavior, it is suitable for components of various sizes—from small parts to larger objects. The gripper fully UR-compatible and can be quickly integrated and programmed via URCap.
Description
The Robotiq 2F-140 was developed for applications where high flexibility and reliability are paramount. Its long gripping stroke of 140 mm allows it to handle a wide range of components without the need for frequent gripper jaw or tool changes. The gripping force can be precisely adjusted, allowing both sensitive components and more robust parts to be gripped securely.
The adaptive mechanism ensures that the gripper securely encloses gripper components and provides a good grip even with irregular shapes. Thanks to the electric control system, there is no need for compressed air lines, which simplifies installation and maintenance and facilitates integration into existing production environments.
Seamless integration with Universal Robots using URCaps significantly reduces programming effort. Parameters such as position, speed, and gripping force can be configured directly in the teach pendant. This makes the Robotiq 2F-140 suitable for pick & place, machine tending, assembly processes, or quality control—especially in environments where different components are frequently processed.
